Self Defense
Ultimate Martial Arts Studio offers a street-smart mixed martial arts system that incorporates the best of taekwondo, karate, kickboxing, American boxing, ground defense and Jiu-jitsu (submission grappling). Each of these martial arts are blended in a comprehensive self-defense system designed to instill championship mindset and confidence in virtually any self-defense situation.
Stress Relief
Our workouts burn calories, relieve tension and stress, promote a sense of calm confidence and build energy.
